At kanhasilk.com, we take pride in offering handwoven, artisanal products. Due to the nature of handmade items, minor irregularities may occur and are a part of their uniqueness. Hence, returns or exchanges are only accepted in exceptional cases, as detailed below:
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipping, and only if no customization (tassels, phundana, fall, edging/pico, net) has been requested.
- Upon successful cancellation, the refund will be processed within 2–3 working days.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
We accept returns/exchanges only under the following conditions:

- Customization Exclusions: Products that are:
- Made to order / pre-order
- Customized with tassels, phundana, fall, edging (pico), or net
are not eligible for return or exchange.
- High-Value Products: Sarees priced above ₹10,000 are not covered under the return policy.
- Color Variations: Slight color differences due to lighting or screen settings are not considered valid reasons for return.

Product Condition for Returns
- The product(s) must be:
- In original condition
- Unused with all tags intact
- The return must be shipped to us within 8–10 working days of approval.
Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 2–3 working days.
Refund & Deduction Policy
- If a return is made due to any reason other than damage or defect, a 10% deduction will be applied to the refund.
- In the event of a genuine defect or damage, we will offer a replacement/exchange, subject to verification.
