At Kanha Silk, our products are handwoven with care, making each piece unique. Due to their handcrafted nature, minor irregularities may occur and are considered a part of the charm. Therefore, returns and exchanges are only allowed in exceptional situations, as outlined below:
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order before it is shipped, provided no customizations (such as tassels, fall, or edging/pico) have been applied.
- Upon successful cancellation, the refund will be processed within 2–3 working days.
Important Notes for Returns & Exchanges
- Do not accept delivery if the outer packaging appears torn or damaged. Please notify us immediately via

- Made on order or pre-order
- Or customized with tassels, phundana, fall, edging (pico), or net
are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Sarees priced above ₹20,000 are not covered under the return/exchange policy.
- Slight differences in color/shade may occur due to lighting or screen settings. Such cases do not qualify for return.
Return Request Timeline
- All return/exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

- Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Return Conditions & Process
- Products must be:
- In original, unused condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
- Returned items must be shipped to our return address (below) within 8–10 working days.
- After inspecting the returned item, a refund will be processed within 2–3 working days.
Refund & Deductions
- If the return is due to defects or damage, we will provide an exchange.
- For returns not related to product defects, a 10% deduction will apply on the product cost.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- If you refuse to accept a COD parcel, any advance payment made will not be refunded.
